1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OVERHYPED.XYZ (the "Platform"), including our website, APIs, embeddable widgets, and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

OVERHYPED.XYZ is a gamified waitlist and community engagement platform. The Platform provides tools including embeddable widgets, leaderboards, referral tracking, point systems (HYPED), spin-to-win mechanics, squad formation, streaks, events, and other gamification features.

3. User Accounts

Project owners ("Operators") create accounts through email and password authentication via Mission Control. End users ("Participants") interact with the Platform through email-based magic link authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.

4. HYPED Points

HYPED points and any virtual rewards earned on the Platform have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or cryptocurrency unless explicitly stated by an Operator for their specific project.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to create fake accounts, to manipulate leaderboards through automated means, or to interfere with the operation of the Platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
